Surprisingly, many companies do not provide this service, but we believe that regular maintenance is essential for optimal operation and longevity. In fact, we even offer servicing for heat pump installations done by other companies that don’t provide their own servicing. We understand the importance of keeping your system in excellent condition, and our experienced technicians are well-equipped to handle the servicing needs of various heat pump models.
During a typical servicing appointment, our technicians spend around an hour carefully attending to your heat pump. This includes cleaning several filters, checking glycol levels, servicing the cylinder, and conducting heat tests to ensure everything is functioning as it should. By completing these essential tasks, we help maintain the efficiency and reliability of your heat pump system.

It’s worth noting that regular servicing also helps preserve your warranty. We make it a point to inform the heat pump manufacturer once we have completed the annual service, ensuring that your warranty remains intact. To make our services even more convenient and accessible, we will soon be introducing a Service Plan. This plan will allow you to spread the cost of servicing over the years by paying a monthly amount. This way, you can enjoy the benefits of regular servicing without worrying about a lump sum payment.

Every installation and service visit carried out by our engineers is completed to a high professional standard, and our workmanship warranty covers any issues that arise as a result of our workmanship.
It’s important to note that this is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on your equipment.
If a component develops a manufacturing fault, the replacement part may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, the time required to diagnose the issue, source replacement parts and fit them is not covered by our workmanship warranty and may be chargeable.
Where possible, we’ll always be happy to help arrange warranty replacement parts with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Breakdown Call-Out Charge
If you require a breakdown visit outside of your workmanship warranty, our standard labour charges are:
£150 + VAT for the first hour on site
£100 + VAT per hour thereafter
These charges cover labour only. Any replacement parts required will be charged separately unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Our engineers will always do their best to resolve the issue during the first visit. Occasionally, specialist parts may need to be ordered, meaning a follow-up visit is required. If this is the case, we’ll explain everything clearly and discuss any additional charges with you before carrying out further work.
