Both HIES and MCS are our dispute resolution providers. The way that dispute resolution works is that the customer contacts us first. If they are not satisfied with the result, then they escalate it to our Certification Body/Consumer Code which is HIES for us. Then if they are still not satisfied, they can escalate it to the MCS
